Configuring the vault settings

The Meridian360 Portal integration settings are stored in the Environment branch of the vault configuration.

To configure the vault settings:

Open the setup file Configuration\M360Settings.txt in any text editor.
Copy all of the text to the clipboard.
In Configurator, expand Environment in the configuration tree and select Vault Settings. The settings for various functions appear in property pages in the right pane.
Click the Settings tab. The miscellaneous vault settings page appears in the right pane. The settings on this page are specified as plain text without a graphical user interface.
Click the Edit button to modify the settings.
Paste the clipboard contents after the end of the existing settings, if any.
Modify the settings using the descriptions in the following table.
Click OK to save your changes.

Meridian360 Portal integration settings
Setting	Description
UserName	User name to connect to Meridian360 Portal.
Password	Password for the account specified for UserName.
URL	Meridian360 Portal URL
LocalExePath	Path where the files from the setup folder M360 Script Module were installed as described in Installing the files.
ProjectNumberProperty	Fully qualified Meridian Enterprise property name that contains project IDs.
DocumentNumberProperty	Fully qualified Meridian Enterprise property name that contains document IDs.
TransmittalDocumentSheets	MS Excel worksheet name in workbook Transmittal Package.xlsx and in Review Package.xlsx to use as transmittal templates.
DocumentTableName	MS Excel table name in Transmittal Package.xlsx and in Review Package.xlsx to use as transmittal templates.
ColumnMapPath	Full path to the file Column Map.xlsx that was copied from the setup folder Templates as described in Importing the support files.
GenericTemplatePath	Folder path where the files from the setup folder Templates were installed as described in Importing the support files. This path should contain the file Distribution Matrix.xlsx.
ProjectResourcePath	Folder path relative to the project root folder of the file Distribution Matrix.xlsx to use for each project. This setting is optional. If not specified, the file found in the folder specified for the GenericTemplatePath will be used for all projects.
